What is Logic's return policy?
Our 14 day return policy applies to all unopened products purchased via our website, www.logicvapes.ca, within 14 days of receipt. If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase within 14 days of receiving it, you can return your unopened goods for a full refund.
To initiate a return, you must receive a return authorization (RMA) from our Customer service team. Please contact a Customer service representative at 1-800-363-0490 or via email at firstname.lastname@example.org to initiate a return.
Refunds on Unopened Products: Upon receipt of qualifying returns and a subsequent reasonable examination of the returned products, we will process and authorize your refund for unopened items. Refunds will normally be credited to the same account debited during the purchase. It can take up to 21 days for a refund to be processed and cleared, depending on your bank. If you do not see the funds available in your account after 21 days, please feel free to contact us.
We only accept returns of products purchsed on logicvapes.ca. Return of products purchased through a third party or authorized retailer should be addressed to the retailer according to the retailer's policy.
*Shipping costs will not be refunded. Misused, damaged, missing or broken items are not eligible for a refund.
Logic reserves the right to change the terms of the Return Policy without any prior notice and at its sole discretion.
